Stage 2 – Aligner Production

Following approval of the treatment plan, LabX manufactures premium multi-layer clear aligners using advanced production techniques and high-quality materials.

Ordering Your Case

Upload your intraoral scans, photographs and radiographs directly through the LabX Portal.

After checkout:

1. Submit your digital records.
2. Our orthodontic team reviews case suitability.
3. Your treatment plan is produced for approval.
4. Following approval, your aligners are manufactured and dispatched.
5. Treatment refinements are managed throughout the active treatment phase where applicable.

Treatment Planning

• Standard Planning: Approximately 3–5 working days
• MotionViewer & STL Planning: Approximately 3–5 working days

Aligner Production

Production commences immediately following treatment approval and typically ships within approximately 5-7 working days depending on case complexity.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

If multiple deliveries are requested from a single case, additional carriage charges may apply.
